Corballa – a group exhibition with Medbh Gillard, Lorna Watkins and myself, Emma Stroude at Teach Bán Nua Gallery, Drumcliffe Co. Sligo, July 2015
Corballa is the anglicised version of an Irish place name meaning ‘the turn in the road home’. The work I made with this exhibition in mind focuses on being on the road, on the move, going places, the adventure and new possibilities that go with that and finally the emotions attached to heading home.
